As this year slowly comes to a close,
many of us feel it - a quiet pause.
Not a rush to decide anything.
Just a sense that something is ending,
and something else wants to begin.
I’m hosting a live online drawing session called
“Let’s Draw an Opening Door into 2026 - Together.” 🚪✨
This is a space to pause, draw, and reflect on:
• what you’re ready to leave behind
• what still feels unfinished
• and how you want to step into the year ahead
No drawing experience needed.
This is about clarity, not art. 🎨
We’ll finish by drawing an opening door -
a personal image you can return to as the new year begins.
🕊️ If you’d like to join:
1️⃣ Make sure you’re following 👀me (so I can message you)
2️⃣ Comment “I’m in” 👇 below
3️⃣ I’ll DM you the link ✨
This is a calm, meaningful way
to close one year and open the next - together.

✨ Wishes to Your True Self for 2026 ✨
One of my recent clients said something that made me pause… and it led me to an important realisation:
The way we express a wish can either help our brain start finding solutions… or completely block them.
When we name a wish clearly, the brain begins looking for pathways to make it real.
When we express it with doubt or confusion, the brain gets stuck.
Our mind needs something visual to work with - something it can understand and move toward.
That’s why drawing is such a powerful tool for clarity and change.
As we step into 2026, ask yourself:
💫 What do I actually want?
💫 And what would it look like if I sketched it out simply and honestly?
If you want to try this process and see how your wish becomes clearer, DM me ❤️

❄️ Feeling the Winter Blues? Try This Magic Tool… ✨
When the days get shorter and the world feels a little heavier, I turn to one of my favourite winter rituals: meditative drawing.
It’s not about being “good” at art. It’s about letting your brush become a gentle guide back to yourself. 💙
With every line, curve, and swirl, your nervous system slows down… your breath deepens… and suddenly, the grey outside doesn’t feel so overwhelming anymore.
This is where clarity begins 💫☀️✨ not by forcing it, but by allowing it to flow through your hands.
✨ Why meditative drawing melts the winter blues:
• It shifts you from overthinking to soft presence
• It calms anxiety and reconnects you with your inner warmth
• It gives your emotions a safe, creative place to land
• And best of all ✨🎨 it brings back that quiet, magical spark you thought you’d lost
A few spaces left for my event this Sunday - Richmond 50 Hill Rise Health & Wellness Studio.

Creating this artwork in a company of the most loved tiny human in this world, I realised why I rarely post the process of creating transformational artworks. You would think: whats the big deal, just turn on the camera while you create…
Have you ever watched someone standing in front of a mirror? How the person changes its face expression? Same with being on camera. You can‘t do deep transformational work filming yourself, because you stricke a pose. You are not yourself anymore.
That‘s why a mindfulness process should not be filmed. It should be Mindful of You, not the camera.
Comment ❤️ who can relate

Hey lovely 💕
I am hosting a really special Transformational Drawing event in Bromley. It’s not an art class at all - it’s more like a mix of meditation and creativity to help you slow down, reflect, and figure out your next step in life.
It’s only 2 hours, and during that time you:
✨ Get a chance to pause and check in with where you’re at
✨ Find more clarity about the direction that feels right for you
✨ Do some gentle guided drawing and reflection (super easy, no skills needed!)
✨ Leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and more aligned
They’re keeping it really cosy - only 15 people max - and it even includes all the materials plus a glass of prosecco 🥂
It’s happening at Community House in Bromley, and there are a few dates coming up. I feel like you’d love it. Want me to send you the link to book? 🌸 Please feel free to DM me 💫
