Rock City MMA is all about the Teaching of Martial Arts and Mixed Martial Arts and the belief that it is for anybody and every Body! The life Skills that are tought to the students will help develop Leadership, Courage, Respect, Discipline, Focus, Confidence, Integrity and humility. MMA classes for MAT RATS: Ages 4-7, Cage-HeroesMMA: ages7-14 and we offer classes for Teens and Adults. Trial offer 4 classes/40$. we offer mulitple and Family discounts. I am so proud of these mat. Rats, they did MMA testing today on knowledge, skill and ability! So much to do with character life skills such as self control and discipline! They listened so well, they have learned so much. I'm so incredibly proud of them
