Culinary professionals face high rates of back pain, joint strain, and burnout from the demands of the industry we love. Practicing yoga can improve mobility, reduce pain, and relax the mind (especially the one still hearing the ticket printer, or explaining multiple times that item has been 86’d…). 😅
Yoga can help us chefs better handle those long days on our feet we all know so well.
