Tuesday’s Food III and Dining Room Operations students were busy practicing today in preparation for fall service, beginning September 15!

Reservations are required and may be made up to three weeks in advance. Reservation availability and table sizes are limited to support student learning and provide excellent service. We look forward to serving you this fall!

Safe travels to Chef Kelli Marks and student assistant Bota as they head to Grand Rapids, Michigan and the National ACF Convention! Chef Kelli will compete for Pastry Chef of the Year, with Bota by her side as her assistant.
