Arkansas' Division of Children and Family Services, part of the Department of Human Services, has launched a new statewide hiring campaign to fill more than 130 social services positions.
Division Director Tiffany Wright said Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders' overhaul of executive branch pay has raised salaries and helped reduce the division's annual turnover rate, but the agency has almost always had vacancies in child welfare positions "because of the demands of the job," she said.
