What an incredible time at the Project SEARCH International Conference! 🎉
Our Program Director, Rebekah Seljan, attended to learn about the latest program updates and best practices—and also had the opportunity to present at two conference breakout sessions. We’re so proud to see Arkansas represented in such a meaningful way!
We were also thrilled to celebrate the outstanding achievements of several of our Project SEARCH programs. Congratulations to Arkansas Children's, Arkansas Children’s Northwest, CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs, St. Bernards Healthcare, and UAMS - University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences for your exceptional outcomes and commitment to student success!
A special shoutout to our Arkansas Children's program for earning recognition for achieving 100% employment for the 2024–2025 program year! 👏 What an amazing accomplishment and a testament to the hard work of our interns, program teams, and business partners.
We’re excited to continue building opportunities and celebrating success across Arkansas!

After this month, the Ouachita County Medical Center (OCMC) Project SEARCH site will officially close. This program is part of the ACCESS Initiative in partnership with Arkansas Rehabilitation Services. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to have served this community and to have been part of so many meaningful journeys along the way.
Working with our interns, families, educators, business partners, and community supporters has been an incredible experience. Together, we celebrated growth, achievements, and opportunities that made a lasting impact on so many lives through Project SEARCH.
The ACCESS mission, Expanding Individual Potential Through Innovative Instruction, has remained at the heart of everything we do, and we are proud of the difference this program has made.
Thank you to everyone who supported, encouraged, and believed in our program over the years. Your kindness, partnership, and dedication will always be appreciated. đź’™
