The Finance Leadership Development program is an opportunity for highly motivated and talented individuals, with finance and accounting related backgrounds, to learn the necessary skills to be in a future leadership role at Windstream. Selected individuals are assigned a series of finance and accounting teams, each one immersing them in the team’s operations and procedures and providing management
