Uniti Finance Leadership Program

UFLP equips highly-motivated individuals with the skills and training necessary to function in a finance or accounting leadership role within Uniti.

The Finance Leadership Development program is an opportunity for highly motivated and talented individuals, with finance and accounting related backgrounds, to learn the necessary skills to be in a future leadership role at Windstream. Selected individuals are assigned a series of finance and accounting teams, each one immersing them in the team’s operations and procedures and providing management exposure. Leadership participants are assigned a management level mentor, provided special training, and given the opportunity to participate in philanthropic activities and special projects.
