Last week, Karisma Consulting and Achieve Community Alliance hosted their first Servant Leader Luncheon! We are thankful for this unique partnership!

We enjoyed connecting with other servant leaders and had a great turnout, including Executive Non-Profit Leaders and participants from the Achieve Creations team (who also helped with the setup and greeting - thank you so much)! Participants created their unique Self-Care plan and shared best practices for overcoming barriers and moving forward with their new mini-habit in one area of wellness. It was great to see the support and encouragement in the room!

This morning I was reflecting on the beauty and power of collaboration.

Sharing as an encouragement for anyone who may feel stuck, alone, or overwhelmed in the work they are doing. I encourage you to reach out to someone you trust today and ask how you can support each other.

It may open a door for you:

- To have a safe space to share your thoughts and heart.
-To collaborate on something together
-To share ideas
- To problem solve
-To learn something new
-To strategize
-To pray together
- To grow together
-To do something fun together

Open yourself up, allow yourself to be seen and known. And allow someone to do the same with you.

This type of choice may not be easy for some, but it opens up a whole new world for us!

The Orchard Ministry Training Leadership Retreat is right around the corner on July 22nd in Little Rock! I only have a few spaces available, as these training retreats are cozy in a small group setting.

This retreat will include time for you to personally connect with God, times to minister to one another, and a time of outreach in our community! This is a safe space for us to grow and learn together as we experience the love of God through His Word and His Spirit.

You are equipped to use The Orchard discipleship manual with small groups. You will gain confidence as you learn to follow the Spirit, aligning with and being rooted in the Word of God.
