Huge Seminar next Saturday, April 25th!!!

Nemesis athlete and coach will be hosting a seminar on the Lasso system that he's making waves with in competition!

The seminar will be free to attend, with a suggested donation of $20. All donations are going directly to funding Eli's trip to this year's IBJJF World Championships.

I’m late getting this posted, but huge congratulations to Eli, Darius, and Adam on a dominant performance at the IBJJF Memphis Open a week ago.

Our very own to home gold at the Pro Division on Saturday! He displayed excellent composure, recovery, top control, and finishing ability on his way to a 3-submission bracket win.

He also teaches our No-Gi classes at 7:15pm on Wednesday and Friday!!!

Congrats Eli on the gold Medal performance!

AGF Conway 2026 in the books! Congratulations to all of the Nemesis-Unity competitors on their performances. The team competed from White Belt all the way through the Pro Division, racking up some serious hardware!

We'll see everyone back in the gym on Monday to get to work and keep improving.

Congrats to on his Gold Medal performance at the IBJJF St. Louis open! He won dominantly in the gi division with a 100% submission rate.
