Today we celebrate 49 years of helping Arkansas students pursue their educational goals.

Since July 15, 1977, the Arkansas Student Loan Authority has been committed to providing college planning resources, financial aid guidance, scholarships, and affordable education financing to students and families across our state.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey. Here's to 49 years of serving Arkansas—and many more to come!

High school seniors who will graduate with a Diploma of Distinction or have earned an associate's degree can apply for the Governor's Scholars Non-Distinguished Scholarship.
