By learning and sharing the F.A.S.T. warning signs of stroke, you just might save a life from stroke.

F.A.S.T. Warning Signs of Stroke

F = Face Drooping – Does one side of the face droop, or is it numb? Ask the person to smile. Is the person's smile uneven?

A = Arm Weakness – Is one arm weak or numb? Ask the person to raise both arms. Does one arm drift downward?

S = Speech Difficulty – Is speech slurred?

T = Time to call 911 – Stroke is an emergency. Every minute counts. Call 911 immediately. Note the time when any of the symptoms first appear.

ARKANSAS CHRISTMAS GUIDE 🎄

It’s almost the most magical time of the year in Arkansas ✨ From twinkling lights and mountain cabins to charming small towns and cozy Christmas festivals- here are the top 10 things you have to do in Arkansas this holiday season! 🎄🎅🏼

3. Head to Batesville — the “Christmas Capital of Arkansas” for its huge light-display event (White River Wonderland) with carriage rides, train rides, ice skating and festive fun!
4. Find big holiday cheer in Searcy with its “Holiday of Lights” event, decorated downtown courthouse square, parades, Harding University campus that has thousands of lights and carriage rides + festive light displays. 
5. Visit Glow Wild at the Little Rock Zoo which Runs from November 6- through January 29, 2026 on select nights (Thursday–Sunday) from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM @littlerockzoo 
6. Attend Christmas and Candelight at Historic Washington State Park. Experience the awe and natural beauty of candlelit streets as you stroll through the historic village. If you bought Kenz Henz Grade AA Large Pasture Raised Eggs in Houston recently, check your fridge ASAP. The FDA just announced a recall due to possible salmonella contamination.

Look for cartons with UPC code 86949400030 and best-by dates of Oct 11–14 or Oct 16–17. These eggs may have come from an Arkansas facility linked to a broader contamination issue affecting over 6 million eggs nationwide The Hill +1.

🧼 If you have these eggs, throw them out and sanitize any surfaces they touched. No illnesses have been reported yet, but better safe than sorry!
