We are pleased to welcome the Carver Family to join us at RECC for the all new Rockefeller Early Childhood Center beginning the 2022-2023 school year!! Both Mr. Richard Mills and Mrs. Ann Freeman will be here to lead our students and staff in an amazing direction to be the best early childhood center the state has to offer. We are all bursting with joy as we come together!!
