Forest Park Elementary School PTA

Today we said goodbye to Oreo, one of the OG girls of the Forest Park Flock. 🖤🤍

A beloved part of our school family from the very beginning, she brought joy to so many students, staff, and visitors over the last several years.
We are grateful for the smiles and memories she gave us and the lessons she helped teach. She will be greatly missed and always remembered. Fly high, sweet Oreo. 🖤🤍

And just like that… the 5th Graders became the Forest Park Class of 2026 graduates! 🎓🌳💙

What a journey it has been! This is the class who missed those final, precious months of Pre-K in person… the “Kindergarten COVID kids” who started their school journey in the most uncertain of times. They are the ones who didn’t get most of their Pre-K, Kindergarten, or even 1st Grade performances. Their early school years looked a little different – masks, virtual learning, canceled events, and learning how to make the best of things.

They learned resilience early. They adapted, they persevered, and they grew – together. This Forest Park class is big, energetic, full of life, a little loud (okay… a lot loud 😄), endlessly fun, and completely unforgettable.

And now here they are… 5th grade graduates and ready for the next chapter. We couldn’t be prouder of who they are and all they’ve overcome. The world threw them a curveball from the very beginning — and they knocked it out of the park!

Here’s to all the amazing moments ahead. Middle school, here they come! 💚🥲
