Speech Language Pathologist
Grow Learning Centre seeks to hire Speech Language Pathologist. Duties: Conducts speech language pathology service, as appropriate. Completes speech language pathology evaluations and re-evaluations as prescribed/needed. Completes a formal written report of findings. Develops individualized speech language pathology treatment plans. Reviews and updates each patient's treatment plan on a quarterly basis and updates the Master Treatment Plan. Provides progress notes in the appropriate format for every service billed. Ensures that Individual Service Records are completed for each patient served on a daily basis. Assists with completion of other documentation related to speech pathology evaluations and therapy, as appropriate. Refers patients for additional clinical services, as needed. Attends and actively participates in job-related functions such as parent meetings, peer reviews, workshops, and mandatory trainings, as indicated. Represents the program to parents, visitors, and the public in a positive way. Completes relevant, and approved continuing professional education each year as required to maintain professional licensure and CCL standards. Maintains familiarity with health and safety guidelines, including standard precautions and daily operating procedures. May perform other related or non-related duties as assigned.
