Do you love connecting with people, helping others succeed, and being part of a growing education team? Arkansas Institute of Esthetics is looking for an energetic, self-motivated **Student Recruiting & Onboarding Manager** to help future estheticians begin their careers.

✨ **What You’ll Do:**

* Recruit prospective students
* Conduct follow-up calls, texts, and emails with inquiries
* Schedule and coordinate campus tours
* Explain our programs, curriculum, and career opportunities
* Guide students through the enrollment process
* Help students understand tuition, scholarships, and payment plan options
* Assist with onboarding from application to first day of class
* Ensure every prospective student receives timely, professional communication
* Build relationships that lead to successful enrollments
* Maintain accurate records and stay organized throughout the enrollment process
