🍫We’ll be kicking off our annual Book It fundraiser and you don’t want to miss it! Be on the lookout to learn about the individual and class prizes for reaching fundraising goals. All of the money raised goes right back to our Roberts community - funding supplies, student activities, and school programs! Come help us celebrate a fun time around Roberts 🦅

🐶 Our Watch D.O.G.S. Dads Kickoff last night was a huge success! 🎉 Thank you to all the dads and father figures who came out to learn how to get involved and make a difference at Roberts this year!

A special thanks to our Top D.O.G.S. – Chris White, Jonathon Kazemi, and Jason Curtis for presenting, as well as our amazing counselors Mrs. Weatter and Mrs. Brock for leading this program at our school. We are truly thankful for their leadership, dedication, and passion in making Roberts a better and safer place. 🦅

💉 In-School Flu Clinic 😷

Each year, in partnership with the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH), Roberts Elementary (along with other LRSD school districts) holds an in-school flu immunization clinic to provide the flu vaccine to their students.

🗓️ Deadline for the consent forms (previously sent home with your child(ren)) is Friday, September 25 ❌

🦅 Our students may have the day off, but our wonderful teachers and staff are working!

Thanks to our PTA and a few student helpers, every staff member at Roberts had a goodie bag at their door this morning when they arrived! 💙

✨Our PTA is able to do some pretty amazing things because of the support we get from parents, teachers, volunteers, staff, sponsors and local businesses!

🐾 Reminder that our Watch D.O.G.S. kick off will be 9/22 in the Roberts Dining Room!!

📆 The RSVP deadline has been extended 😁 Please RSVP by 9/20.

💙 Watch D.O.G.S. at Roberts serve as positive male role models, emphasizing the importance of education, while serving as an extra set of eyes, ears, and hands to enhance school security and provide a greater sense of campus safety, allowing students and teachers to focus on learning and instruction.

🥳 We are STILL beaming over here after GrandParent/GrandFriends and Book Fair Days last week 😃

We absolutely loved having all of the grandparents, grand friends, family friends, and family members tour the school, buy or browse some books, and be celebrated!! 😍

HUGE thank you’s to the following:
🔵Lauren Duffy Gonzalez event chair AND event sponsor, who is such an amazing volunteer for our Roberts community! Her passion and joy for Grand Parent and Grand Friend Day is so evident!!
🔵Thrivent for sponsoring our amazing book fair!! We heard from several attendees that this was the best one yet!
🔵Elevated Moments for the beautiful entry balloon set up! We loved seeing all the families taking pictures!
🔵Starbucks on Chenal for donating all of the coffee!! The visitors loved having the caffeine to keep up with our energetic kiddos!
🔵Our Roberts volunteers who came out in numbers!! Because of your dedication, the events ran so smoothly, even with all of our extra visitors!

We were happy to see (and capture!) so many smiles last Thursday and Friday!
