Impact offers TaeKwon-Do, Self Defense and Life Skills Training courses for all levels and ages. All classes are Certified Black Belt Instructor led and will help you or your child to build leadership skills, self-esteem, fitness levels and self-discipline. TaeKwon-Do students may choose from a month to month membership or a 12 month membership! "Signing my children up for classes at Impact was the best decision I made in 2010. Hey Gang!

This week on the Mat our main focus will be White Stripe! Please make sure your child is turning in their Bully Prevention Packets to earn their Yellow Stripes as well!

October 3rd will be our next tournament in Hot Springs! Make sure to be coming to class to prepare for that if you are interested!

Our next Testing will be held October 28th & 29th! Make sure to be coming to class to earn your stripes for this!
