Registration is open for the fall session of Walk Across Arkansas! This statewide program makes physical activity fun by encouraging teams to track their miles while working toward a common goal. It's a great way to boost your health, build healthy habits, and enjoy some friendly competition.

Join us this Wednesday, August 5th at 10:00 am as we continue our series, Everyday Essentials at Argenta Library in North Little Rock. We will be discussing the nine common food allergens and tips on finding nutrient rich substitutions. The class is free, but registration is required.
