We will be discussing the nine common food allergens and tips on finding nutrient rich substitutions. The class is free, but registration is required. 🧵 Sewing with Extension Homemakers Camp (June 22–25, 9am–12pm)
Kids will learn hands-on sewing skills and leave with something they made themselves. Materials + snacks provided, and scholarships are available. Only 6 spots, so don’t wait on this one!

🌱 Extension Explorers Camp (June 29–July 3, 9am–4pm)
A full week of activities—gardening, cooking, farm visits, games, and more. If your kid likes being outside and trying new things, this is a great fit. Registration is FREE.

Both camps are held at the Pulaski County Extension Office.
