Originally from the northeast, Amanda Dolan (creator, they/them, Mx.) found themself in Little Rock, AR after moving to Mississippi to serve with AmeriCorps then to Florida then to Arkansas. Amanda believes deeply in the freedom of q***r love, black lives matter, s*x work is work, harm reduction, and Narcan carrying.
Finding themself in a career that works with people-they decided to invest in a hobby that would bring them happiness without having to talk to people and it being something they can do by themself. After discussing with a therapist, they worked up the courage to take a series of woodworking classes at the Arkansas Arts Center.
And so the story of Amanda’s woodworking continues. When you support Q***r Kindling, you support a member of the q***r community in Little Rock, Arkansas. As a supporter themself, Q***r Kindling is dedicated to supporting the q***r community anyway they can.
