Marneicia’s Love & Care Development Center (MLCDC) is looking for a dependable, caring, and energetic team member to join our childcare family!
📍 Location: Little Rock, Arkansas
🕡 Hours: 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM
📅 Position: Part-Time
👶 Age Groups: Infant, Toddler & Preschool
Responsibilities
* Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
* Assist with daily classroom routines and activities
* Support age-appropriate learning and development
* Assist with meals, handwashing, restroom routines, and transitions
* Supervise children and maintain classroom safety
* Communicate professionally with families and staff
* Keep the classroom clean, organized, and welcoming
* Follow center policies, procedures, and licensing requirements
Qualifications
* Must be dependable and punctual
* Must enjoy working with young children
* Previous childcare experience preferred
* Must be able to work well as part of a team
* Must pass required background checks and meet applicable childcare requirements
