We are so grateful to everyone who has shared and supported our fundraising campaign. I know it sounds like a huge goal and a huge ask, but the reality is we are a completed student-funded and fundraised program. Our full season clocks in at $130,000 a year.

100% of fundraising goes toward reducing the cost of travel and competition for our team. We do everything we can to make our activity more accessible for our students, and it matters to us that we serve ALL who want to compete, not just those who can afford an inherently expensive activity.

👏🎓 Congratulations to Little Rock Central High School student Eric Tang for achieving a perfect score on the ACT! This incredible accomplishment reflects his hard work and dedication. We couldn’t be prouder to have students like Eric representing the Little Rock School District!

The Little Rock Central Speech & Debate SNAP Fundraiser went live today and we are so grateful to have raised $4,500 so far!

We are an entirely student-funded and fundraised nationally-ranked program serving over 250 students across our department’s classes. Central is a Title-I urban public school in the heart of the capital city. Our team membership reflects the rich diversity of the school it sits in. Accessibility and inclusion are important to us—speech and debate IS for everyone.
