Join us in celebrating our 2026 5th Grade Heads of Class, Miss Cory’Yonna Pree and Mason Williams, who were both tied as our Top Scholars for the 5th grade class!

We would also like to recognize Elise Humphrey and Casey Thompson, who were both named Laureate Scholars, earning the distinction of second in class.

These scholars have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement, dedication, and leadership throughout their elementary journey, and we are incredibly proud of all they have accomplished.

Tomorrow at 9:00 AM, they and their classmates will be honored during their 5th Grade Promotion Ceremony as they prepare to begin the next chapter in middle school.

This year, these outstanding scholars earned the highest and second-highest GPAs in the 8th grade class, representing excellence, dedication, and hard work throughout their middle school journey.

Tomorrow at 8:00 AM, they will join their classmates as they are honored and celebrated while walking across the stage and preparing to take the next step into high school.

Our scholars who scored a Level 3 or Level 4 on the ATLAS Assessment earned the opportunity to SOAK the principal during our Reverse Dunk Tank celebration on Friday! From buckets to water blasters, our scholars made sure Principal Laine got completely drenched! 😂

We are beyond proud of the hard work, growth, and achievement our scholars showed this year. Way to show out on ATLAS, Garland! 🦁📚💪
