Hi everyone! Thank you so much for all your support over the years.

🤩 It has been an amazing journey of Pilates pairing dinners, coffees, luncheons, and even a retreat. And it has all led to the soon to be open Grand Strand Pilates private reformer based studio right off Main St. in North Myrtle.

🎉 Pop-ups & Pilates will continue under Grand Strand Pilates. Please follow Strand Pilates for event updates and group mat pilates classes!

⛳️ The next pop up class is Wednesday, Sept. 2 at 9am at River Hills Golf.

Thank you to the lovely ladies who showed up yesterday for class once again in the River Hills Clubhouse! We will be holding a second one this month on Wednesday, July 22nd at 9am. Can’t wait to see you there!

Class on the fifth will be moved to the following week as I will be travel teaching in Kentucky that first Wednesday.
