Four. Years.

For 4 years, these two young women have been athletic training student aides at NMBHS.

They have endured the heat, cold, rain, and long, long hours alongside our athletic trainers because they wanted to make a difference. They wanted to learn and help our student-athletes in any way they could, which often meant sacrificing their Friday nights, weekends, and evenings during the week.

Today, they graduate. THANK YOU, Cici & Mandy, for being who you are and for all of the time you dedicated to making NMB AT what it is. Thank you for putting up with the long hours and miserable weather with *minimal-ish* complaints😏. Thank you for keeping things interesting and entertaining no matter the situation.

We hope you enjoyed your time with us and learned a little along the way! Good luck in your future; we are SO excited to see the adults you become! We love you!

Get your physical in for the 2026-27 school year! ALL physicals submitted for this school year (dated before April 1, 2026) expire THIS THURSDAY, JUNE 4th! You will not be allowed to participate until your paperwork is submitted and *APPROVED*

TONIGHT IS THE NIGHT! Come join us!

FREE Physicals for our NMB Chiefs at OrthoSC in NMB! ALL rising 7th-12th graders welcome!

After you get your physical exam, all that is left to do is complete your Arbiter Registration. Once this is done, you will be cleared to participate in any sport offered at NMBH/NMBM for the 2026-2027 school year!

Doors open at 6:15pm and close at 7:15pm. Anyone in line by 7:15 will be seen!

Palms Health & Wellness and Mobile Urgent Care are teaming up this THURSDAY, 4/30 FROM 5p-7p to provide FREE pre-participation physical exams!

If you are unable to make our free physical night at OrthoSC next Tuesday, McLeod Sports Medicine is also offering a free physical event on Saturday Morning, May 2nd from 8:30-11:30am.

This event will be at their office in Little River, across the street from NMBH!

HCS has made the transition to Arbiter Registration for all athletic paperwork. We are no longer using Student Central/Big Teams. With this platform, you only need one account for the whole family - no more linking and logging into separate accounts to sign and submit your forms!

The new physical window has opened! Come get your physical for the 2026-27 school year with us!

On Tuesday, April 28th, we will be hosting a free physical event at the OrthoSC Office in North Myrtle Beach.

Doors open at 6:15pm and student-athletes must be there by 7:15pm in order to be seen.
