🏫 Big Impact, Small Change: Investing in Little Falls Schools!

Understanding the "why" behind the upcoming referendum is easy, but we want to make sure the how much is just as clear.

For the cost of a few pizzas or a couple of streaming subscriptions a month, we can transform our district facilities for the next generation. Here is the breakdown for a home valued at $225,000:

Question 1: Only about $15/month.
Both Questions: Only about $20/month.

Why This is a Smart Move for Taxpayers:
Locked-In Rates: The bonds feature a fixed interest rate, protecting us from future market volatility.

Stable Payments: Combined with our current bonds, payments will remain level for 20 years; no inflationary hikes!

Community Value: Modern schools attract families and support local property values.

This is a clear, fiscally responsible plan to upgrade our schools without breaking the bank. Let’s build a stronger Little Falls together!
