We are celebrating the end of another successful school year, creating moments and momentum that began last August. We hope you all experienced moments of celebration, growth, and achievement along the way.
To the families who are leaving us, whether because you are moving or your child is graduating, thank you for allowing us to be a part of your child’s educational journey.
At Little Elm ISD, our vision is to be THE Destination District, and each year we strive to be a place where families want to learn, grow, and belong. To get there, we need to know how we are doing, and your voice matters in our continued growth and development.
Please take a moment to share your feedback. It is important for us to know what we’re doing well and where we can improve.
The survey will remain open for three weeks and will close at the end of the day on June 12.

Little Elm ISD Athletics is proud to announce the hiring of Reagan Reed as the new Head Softball Coach at Little Elm High School.
Coach Reed has served as an assistant softball coach at Little Elm High School for the past two seasons, where she has played an integral role in the continued growth and development of the Lady Lobos softball program. Prior to joining Little Elm, Coach Reed served as the Head Softball Coach at Waco Connally High School for two years, gaining valuable experience leading and building a competitive program.
As a student-athlete, Coach Reed was a standout three-sport athlete at the high school level, earning All-District honors and being named District Defensive MVP in softball. Her competitive background, leadership qualities, and passion for developing student-athletes make her an outstanding fit to lead the Lady Lobos program.
Coach Reed is committed to building strong relationships with her players while developing a culture centered on accountability, hard work, character, and competitive excellence. Her knowledge of the game, energy, and dedication to student-athlete success will continue to positively impact Little Elm Softball both on and off the field.
Please join us in congratulating Coach Reagan Reed on her new role as Head Softball Coach at Little Elm High School. We are excited for the future of Lady Lobos Softball under her leadership.

🎓✨ A big congratulations to our Pre-K graduates!
Today we celebrated some of our youngest Lobos as they crossed the stage, smiled for photos, and took their very first big step in their educational journey. From learning letters and numbers to making new friends and growing in confidence, this year has been filled with so much growth and excitement.
We are so proud of these students and can’t wait to see all they accomplish as they head to kindergarten next year! The future is bright for this amazing group of learners. 💙💛

What began as a live painting during our 2024 Convocation ceremony has now become a lasting symbol of growth, generosity, and the heart of our Lobo community.
Little Elm High School art teacher, Kelly Sutherland, created the piece titled “Rooted for Growth” LIVE during Convocation and donated the artwork to the Little Elm ISD Education Foundation to help raise money for Teacher Innovative Grants at the Derby Gala earlier this month.
Mrs. Kristin Jones became the winning bidder for this one-of-a-kind piece during the auction held at the event. After reflecting on the powerful meaning behind the artwork and what it represents for our students, Mrs. Jones graciously chose to donate it back to Little Elm ISD.
The artwork will now have a permanent home at Zellars Early Childhood Learning Center, where it will inspire and be enjoyed by our youngest Lobos for years to come.
Thank you to everyone involved for turning a beautiful work of art into an even more meaningful story of giving back, supporting students, and believing in growth at every stage of learning.
