She was the teacher and her brother the student. But in 1994 she officially started her education becoming a Middle school/High school French teacher in the Netherlands, Europe. After 4 years she received her Bache
lor of Arts in French and was teaching till 2010. In 2000/2001 she was initiated in the Reiki Healing 1st and 2nd degree and has been helping clients energetically. Since Marielle became a Hatha Yoga and Meditation teacher in 2001 she not only taught French, but also Yoga, Meditation, and Metaphysics in the classrooms. In 2006/2007 she even volunteered at the Children’s School Of Excellence (which became Phoenix Rising later) in Rainier WA in the United States, teaching languages, brain gym, working with psychic abilities, and assisting with all other school activities. Nowadays Marielle calls herself a Complementary and Alternative Health Care Practitioner and offers many kinds of services through her business ‘My Joy For Life’. Not only does she see people in her practice, she also hosts Metaphysical workshops and Self-empowerment speaking engagements in the Twin Cities, and online. One of her latest endeavors is her project ‘My Joy For Learning’, where she creates Spiritual Workshops For Teenagers and provides Spiritual Homeschooling for teenagers online, and in person.
