✅ Stay hydrated with plenty of water breaks
✅ Enjoy outdoor play during cooler morning hours
✅ Stick to shaded areas and limit time in direct sun
✅ Dress in lightweight, breathable clothing
✅ Never leave children unattended in vehicles — even for a minute!
