I know this is a tough time for all of us. This Coronavirus has affected too many of us. Many of us are providing Take out and Curb Side pick ups. Food Safety is still so important. Remember to always wash your hands and follow all Food Safety procedures so we can get thru this terrible time.
For those of you that are quarantined, and need to take the ServSafe Manager Food Safety Course, you can take the class Online, in Spanish and English. Then once the quarantine is lifted, you can just take the exam, of course with a proctor present.
