Excited to announce our new striking class at the Lithonia location taught by UFC veteran !

Come through Wednesday evenings at 730pm-830pm to learn striking from someone who fought at the highest level

Had an absolute blast for our Opening party !

Got through a tough comp class, did a little run, and then hung out with some pizzas and beers

For the 5 year anniversary of running my own gym we opened a new location! We moved the Lithonia location into a brand new development in the mall and had an awesome first class!

I'm extremely grateful for the amazing group of people we've collected over the last five years, and I know with the location and visibility we have now we're going to grow the team even more!
