Girls & Boys With Confidence Girls & Boys With Confidence empowers K–12 youth through fun workshops, camps, and events that build confidence, character, resilience, and self-worth.

We help children discover their voice, make positive choices, and become confident, kind leaders. Our goal is to help your girls manage through the challenging and sometimes awkward adolescent and teen years by giving them a safe and supportive environment where they can talk about what's on their mind. Girls With Confidence is a fun place where girls can be themselves and they learn what's really important which is to love themselves from the inside out.

There’s a quiet bravery in being the first.

It’s not about the title. It’s about trusting yourself enough to walk into a room where no one looks like you yet—and having the courage to stay.

Brooke Cooper made history as the first female general manager in the history of the Red Sox organization, becoming part of a growing number of women leading Minor League Baseball teams.

When Brooke started, there was just one woman in the organization. Today, she says there are more women than she can count.

And one of the most meaningful parts? Hearing from the moms who told her, “I never thought I would see a woman in this position.”

That’s how change happens. One brave step, one open door, one example at a time.
We’re building a generation of girls who know they can take up space, lead with confidence, and be the first when the opportunity comes. 💛

💙 Valrico Academy — Tuesdays, starting Sept. 8th
💙 Cimino Elementary — Wednesdays, starting Sept. 9th
💙 Alafia Elementary — Thursdays, starting Sept. 10th

A kid who remembers another kid's name from last week. A group that makes room for the new one without being asked. A circle where everyone gets a turn and no one keeps score.
