We were honored to have Norah, Lilly & Michaela play beautiful Christmas music today at Espresso 59!! Great job girls!!

Kicking off the festivities, Three of my students will be playing a few Christmas carols at Espresso 59 at 230pm!
Start there, grab a cup of coffee, enjoy some music, then head over to the congregational church for the festivities afterwards!

Due to the forecasted 85% chance of rain Sunday afternoon, we are moving ALL the Holiday Stroll activities inside at the Congregational Church in Litchfield. Join Santa and Mrs. Clause for a visit, music with Traveling Vin, a special live performance with the LHS musicians, cookie decorating with the Girl Scouts, Hot Cocoa with the Boy Scouts, crafts, holiday stories and crafts with LVA and so much more. A great way to spend a rainy day with friends and family and to get in the holiday spirit!

I've recently teamed up with The Litchfield Music center. I'll still be teaching at the home studio on the normal days and may add some time on Saturdays at the store if it makes sense for families to be there. What's really exciting is that we will have a big beautiful space to offer group lessons whenever it feels safe to do so in the future!

I've had the honor of experiencing video lessons with some of my students this week. I was so thrilled and excited to see their faces I didn't think to take a picture, but I assure you it was adorable and filled my heart with joy. It's not perfect but it's something and I'm so grateful for the technology that's available in this unique moment in history. If I can give them a tiny semblance of normalcy, I'm grateful for the opportunity to do so. Seeing my students has definitely been a highlight this week. Stay safe everyone.
