Join us for an exciting day trip to Cooperstown, New York — home of the National Baseball Hall of Fame!
Participants will have the opportunity to explore the legendary Baseball Hall of Fame, discover baseball history and memorabilia, and enjoy time walking through beautiful downtown Cooperstown filled with shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Guests are welcome to purchase food in town or bring their own lunch for the day.

Our "Bloom Where Planted" series is back with Connecticut Apples: Class & Craft

Familiarize yourself with the apples grown in Connecticut . We will learn how apples are grown, what types are grown, and samples a few varieties. We will use apples to print ‘ apple season’ mini tote bags.

Join us Fri, August 21 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm for a special afternoon with children’s author Peni Clark as she returns to the Litchfield Community Center to celebrate her newest book, Kiki Finds Her Way!

This heartwarming back-to-school story follows Kiki on an adventure that reminds children it’s okay to be different, everyone has their own unique strengths, and we all have a place where we belong.
