Thank you Aikido New London County for organizing the seminar, and Greater Hartford Aikikai for providing the space for a wonderful day of aikido. It was special to share the mat with 5 instructors, also including Aikido of Fairfield County and Aikido of Norwalk. And thank you to the wonderful group of people who came out for the day, with a special shout out some of the LHA who were able to make it!
