I don't even know where or how to begin this post. I'm so thankful in so many ways and so blessed. I'm gonna start by saying THANK YOU to those who gave great advice and info on traveling to Rome, Italy ( includes Trina, Claudio, Kim, Paul/Darcy) . Every bit of info was 100% helpful and used. THANK YOU to Dan for hanging out with me and showing me how to use Uber. It was so fun palling around with you. THANK YOU to those who invited me to this event, nominated me for this incredible honor and to all those who have embraced me into this AMAZING and INCREDIBLE family and Brotherhood! Never in a million years would I have ever imagined being where I am today and who im with. This is one of the BEST chosen families anyone could ever be apart of. I love each and everyone of you!!!! THANK YOU Steve for being one of the greatest instructors and best friend. Thank you for introducing me and getting me started with this incredible organization and family . now to one of the most important..... THANK YOU to my husband Brian Mccavish who has been so supportive, patient and understanding thru all of this. Thank you for supporting me being me and me doing what I absolutely Love to do. I love you!
I would love to name each and every one of you, however, we would be here for months and I don't want to forget someone. THANK YOU EVERYONE for one of the most amazing events and experiences and best time I've ever had. I cannot wait for the next one.

This is our next adventure! Super excited to see you all in Rome, Italy! What an incredible experience this will be. Congratulations to everyone who is nominated. And I thank everyone for all their love and support. My martial arts journey has been one of the best in my life. Hard work, discipline and consistency truly pay off. For all of you out there who have been working hard for your dreams and goals don't just chase them catch them. Do not give up , ever!

As I sit here at the airport headed for my brother's funeral this weekend (😭😭😭😭) I reflect back on my latest and one of my greatest experiences ever. The tragedy that unfolded in NC is one that will always be remembered, for bad and good reasons. My heart goes out to all who have lost and to all the animals. I absolutely cannot and will never be able to imagine what they have gone thru. What i/we have done here feels so minuscule in comparison. At the same time we have seen and heard the remarkable reaction of mankind/humanity. The amount of calls i took from those Wishing to volunteer and donate was incredible. God bless you all! And the people i have met and worked with down here is beyond amazing! Trying to make this short, I will say I thank God everyday for you all! I will never be able to say enough great things about all the people I have met, worked with, my bosses, my job, my family, etc. All of it!!!!! And now for the pics and videos ....... sorry to some of you! I could not resist. Please everyone have safe travels back home, we will see each other soon, preferably without a disaster. Sorry if I didn't get someone tagged, let me know
