The first band night out fundraiser of the year is next Wednesday, July 29th at Panera. Between 4pm-8pm use the code FUND4U and the band receives 30% of the proceeds! Easy peasy. You're going to eat. Might as well eat for the band!

Up next visual camp. It's a toasty one. Make sure your students are ready to hydrate. If they do not have a water jug yet, be sure to get them one. Sunscreen too and comfortable shoes.

A pro tip. Some students fill their water jugs with ice at a local convenience store. It's typically free. Then fill it with water too.

First parent performance of the year and music camp done. The students have some challenging music this year. The show is going to be fantastic! Thank you parents for the support. We cannot do this without you.

One week of music rehearsal nearly complete. Parents, come see how hard the students have been working all week. This Friday. 6:00pm in the Aux Gym. If you're not familiar with where it is, get to the band room a little early and we can show you the way.

In a few weeks we will be welcoming our incoming freshmen to summer band camp. 2 weeks of intense practice and rehearsals in the Arizona heat. A refresher for the upperclassmen while teaching the beginners the fundamentals of marching and playing. It's going to be a fantastic season. Agua Fria Union High School District
