Still chasing shin splints with new shoes and stretches?

You’re treating the wrong spot.

Shin splints that keep coming back aren’t about your shins.

They’re the result of a deeper pattern your body is stuck in.

Most people treat the pain where it shows up.
But the real imbalance often starts at the hip, and that compensation pulls tension into the shin and beyond.

After decades of treating compensation patterns from head to toe,

I know how to find where the problem starts , not just where it hurts.

This is what I do inside Performance Connect.

For youth angd adult athletes who can’t stay out of injury.

And for adult runners who need their body to keep up with the mental reset they rely on.

If your shin splints keep returning,

Send me a message.
I’ll tell you what to look for and hiw to break the pattern.

Injury that keeps coming back isn’t a mystery.
It’s a pattern.

After decades of treating compensation patterns from head to toe,
I know the places compensation hides in the body.
I can help you identify and resolve the pattern in your system.

Not with more therapy.
Not with more rest.
But with a fascia-first process that teaches your body how to stop pulling itself out of alignment.

This is what I do inside Performance Connect.
For youth athletes who can’t stay out of injury.
And for adult runners who need their body to keep up with the mental reset they rely on.

If you’ve tried everything and the pattern keeps coming back, this is where you start.

Not sure if this applies to your case?
Send me the details. I’ll walk you through it.

She keeps pushing.
But something’s off.
The pain’s back again — and no one can find the real problem.

Here’s the truth:
Most recovery plans stop one joint too soon.
They treat the pain, not the pattern.

Performance Connect is for athletes who are medically cleared… but still stuck.
We decode the full-body compensation system and rebuild movement from the ground up.
