Today, July 11, we celebrate the Feast of St. Benedict.

Pause today and reflect on the first words St. Benedict wrote in the Rule, "Listen and attend with the ear of your heart."

St. Benedict's life and Rule has inspired countless over the centuries.

May today's celebration be a time for all to connect with God through prayer, deeper care for community, and a life lived in balance.
