The Center for Values Driven Leadership is honored to salute Major General William J. Walker as the first African American Sergeant at Arms of the United States Congress. MG Walker is the former Commanding General of the District of Columbia National Guard and a values-driven leader who demonstrates integrity, inclusiveness and a people-centric approach to optimizing performance, accountability and organizational culture. He's also a student in our Cohort 5. Congratulations, MG Walker, on this new appointment!
