🌈🎨 Color Week in Preschool! 🎨🌈

Our 4-year-old preschoolers had a colorful week of learning! Each day brought opportunities to explore, identify, sort, and create with different colors while building vocabulary, fine-motor skills, and early learning foundations. ❤️💛💙💚

Learning is even more meaningful when it’s colorful, hands-on, and filled with discovery! 🌈✨

🐄 Meet Buttercup! 🐄 Mrs. Persico’s class has officially adopted a cow! Through this hands-on learning experience, students are exploring the cow life cycle, life on the farm, dairy products, and the importance of healthy eating. 🥛🌱

After exploring the adoption barn, students voted to choose their cow—and then held another election to choose her name. With the most votes, “Buttercup” was the winner! 🗳️🐮💛

Many thanks to the fabulous Mr. Franco! It was fantastic that you could spend the day with us as our first SJArc Angel of the school year. From fun in preschool, to checking out books in the library, playing during recess and spending time in classrooms, your presence and support helped us all today. Thank you again. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ SJA Cross Country is off and running! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Our runners kicked off the season at the first SPL meet at Marmion Academy, and what a strong showing! 👏

🏆 Anna took 1st place in the 5th grade girls race!
🥈 Clare earned 2nd place in the 6th grade race!
👏 Ellie finished 10th place in the 6th grade race!

Congratulations to all of our runners for their hard work, determination, and team spirit! 💪❤️💙 We’re proud of everyone who laced up and gave it their all!

We’re off this weekend and will be back on the course Saturday, September 12, at Westmont High School. 🏃‍♀️💨
