Callie Walsh of Lisle Sr. High School is our winner of the 2021 Lisle Lions Club Educational Foundation Scholarship. She is enrolled in Agricultural and Biological Engineering at the Unversity of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign.

Callie says: "“I was so excited to hear my name called at Honors Night. Thank you so much for this scholarship and this opportunity. I will be in Urbana-Champaign studying Agricultural and Biological Engineering. I plan on returning home often.
Thank you for all you do for our community.”

We have a winner for our 2021 Scholarship. Callie Walsh of Lisle who just graduated from Lisle Sr. High School in May 2021.

Callie will be attending the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana, majoring in Agricultural & Biological Engineering.

Callie has just received a $500 check payable to U of I for her first year there. She will have to apply again at the beginning of each school year (a total of four years). She will receive another $500 each time toward her expenses, making the entire scholarship total $2,000.00.

CONGRATULATIONS, CALLIE!! LISLE LIONS ARE SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!

Download it, fill it out and submit it per the directions at the bottom of page 1.

2020 definitely has been an "unusual" year. Lisle Lions Club did award two scholarships to graduating seniors at the end of the school year, but there were no Awards Nights (and no photos) in which to record them. Winners were:
Danielle Laue of Lisle, who will major in Journalism at University of Missouri and
Kavya Koneru of Lisle, who will major in Health Information Management at Saint Louis University.
