Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing women who love, guide, nurture, protect, encourage & show up every single day 🤍

Today we celebrate not only the mothers who gave birth but also the stepmoms, foster moms, adoptive moms, grandmothers, aunts, guardians, bonus moms, teachers, caregivers & every woman who has loved a child as their own.

The world is a better place because of the care, strength, patience & love you give so freely.

“Why aren’t you open on Fridays?”

This is a question I’m asked often & I completely understand why. Unlike many childcare programs, Bloom & Grow Garden is open Monday through Thursday. The short answer is that, at this time, a four-day schedule is what works best for my family & allows me to continue providing the highest level of care.

As many of you know, I recently experienced the loss of my husband in February. He was not only my partner in life but also a huge part of bringing Bloom & Grow Garden to life. His encouragement & support helped me return to something I truly love—caring for children & helping them learn & grow.

Being closed on Fridays allows me to balance both my business & my family’s needs. I use that time to deep clean & sanitize our space, prepare lesson plans & menus, organize materials & complete any necessary shopping. It also gives me the flexibility to schedule appointments & spend important time with my own children, while taking a moment to reset before a busy weekend.

I understand that this schedule may not work for every family & I truly respect that. However, this structure allows me to show up each week fully prepared, present & dedicated to the children in my care.

At Bloom & Grow Garden, your children are not only safe—they are nurtured, supported & genuinely loved every single day.

Happy Earth Day from all of us at Bloom & Grow Garden! 🌎

Our future conservationists made the most of the morning, heading outside before the rain to rescue sea creatures from pollution, such an important (& fun!) lesson in caring for our planet. 🐢💙

We’re also so excited that our caterpillars have arrived! We can’t wait to spend the next couple weeks watching them grow & transform into beautiful butterflies. 🐛✨🦋
