Linwood Elementary School

Linwood Elementary School Home of the Lions Linwood Elementary in Linwood, Michigan is a Kindergarten through fifth grade building.

It is situated about a mile west of the beautiful waters of Saginaw Bay in the Pinconning Area School District. Linwood Elementary has a student population of approximately 140 students. We house a Great Start Readiness Preschool Program (GSRP) and two Special Education classrooms through our area Intermediate School District. Linwood is dedicated to providing a child-oriented learning environment

in which all students are encouraged to be responsible, capable, life-long learners. Our school is full of loving, caring, compassionate, and dedicated people which strive to help students reach their fullest potential.

As students are on their way out of school for the summer, we are already preparing for the next school year! ☀💙 The Barbara and Gary Bosco Back 2 School Program is now open! ✏🎒

This program provides brand new clothing, backpacks, and school supplies to students whose families fall within the ALICE threshold, or below, and live or attend school in Bay County!

Applications close July 10th! 🙌 Make sure to apply before the deadline to be prepared for next school year! Thank you to the Bay Area Community Foundation's Youth Advisory Council for partnering with us again this year! 🫶

🦁♥️Field Day Fun at Linwood! ♥️🦁
What an amazing day our Linwood Lions had at Field Day! From friendly competitions and team challenges to lots of laughter and smiles, our students had an absolute blast!!! It was wonderful to see everyone showing great sportsmanship, encouraging one another, and making memories with friends.
A huge thank you to all of the staff, volunteers, and families who helped make this special day possible. The joy on our students' faces says it all—Field Day was a roaring success! 🦁☀️🎉

🧴 Sunscreen

For the Color Run, a white shirt is recommended to help the colors show up best, but any light-colored shirt will work too!
