We had a fantastic field trip today. We started the day with a tour of several of the K-State Athletic Facilities and then toured the mill and had the opportunity to grind wheat into flour. We then stopped and learned about needs of animals and played a game that demonstrated how animals get those needs and what happens when they can’t get their needs met. We finished the day walking through the university gardens and visiting the sheep/goat barn facility.
