We are so proud of our members for representing our chapter at the Crawford County Fair Queen Pageant. Please congratulate our Vice President, JoLynn Mathias for being crowned this year’s Crawford County Fair Queen!
Also congratulate Conneaut Area FFA member, Jillian Haeck, for being crowned the First Runner-Up!

The Conneaut Area FFA had a very successful week at the Pennsylvania State FFA Convention! Members competed in various CDE and LDE contests and participated in several workshops.

Just a quick reminder to be bringing back any beef raffle tickets you have been selling next week, as we need them before the banquet!

If your student did not tell you about the raffle tickets - adults ONLY are allowed to sell beef raffle tickets for $20 a ticket. The prizes are 1/2 beef, 1/4 beef, and 1/4 beef. The beef is from Happy Hill Farm and will be butchered at Livingston's packing. We are able to do this fundraiser thanks to the support of Linesville VFW Post 7842. We will be pulling the winners at the banquet, so they do not need to be present.

There is still time to join us for this year's Walk for Women 6K! The money raised will be sent to Field of Hope, an organization that works with smallholder farmers and agriculture teachers in Uganda. Every dollar counts - from $50 to purchase a family seeds up to $1000 to dig a new well. After the walk we will be sharing a Ugandan style meal together and learning about Ugandan culture!

We will we walking together on Friday, May 1st at 4:30pm. Students please see an advisor to get your sign up form.

This year, several of our FFA members submitted proficiency applications for their Supervised Agricultural Experiences (SAEs). Congratulations to Wesley Evans and Harper Nelson for winning the proficiency for their project area, and Mitchell Lasko for being a state finalist! We are proud of all of you! Be sure to watch Wesley, Harper, and Mitchell accept their awards at the 2026 Pennsylvania State FFA Convention.

Next week starting on Monday, April 27th, The Conneaut Area FFA will be hosting Onnie’s Helping Paws Care Closet Drive. The drive will end on Friday, May 8th. This will collect supplies for our very own Care Closet. Please place all donations in the box in your homeroom teacher's classroom. The homeroom with the most donations will receive a prize!
