The Bethany College Theatre Club is excited to announce its 2026-2027 season, featuring two productions that explore love, loss, family and what makes life meaningful.

🖤 The Addams Family: A New Musical
📅 April 15-18, 2027

From a moving retelling of a classic Greek tale to a darkly hilarious musical, this season will challenge our students, showcase their talents and bring plenty of spectacle and fun to the Bethany stage!

We can't wait to see our Swedes take center stage! 🎭💙💛

🎹 Please Welcome Dr. Han Cheol Kang to Bethany College! 💙💛

Bethany College is pleased to welcome Dr. Han Cheol Kang as our new Assistant Professor of Piano and Music Theory. An internationally accomplished pianist, harpsichordist, educator, and scholar, Dr. Kang brings exceptional teaching experience, world-class performance credentials, and a passion for mentoring the next generation of musicians.

Dr. Kang joins Bethany after teaching at John Wood Community College and previously serving on the faculty at the University of Illinois Springfield. His impressive career has taken him to concert stages across the United States and internationally, earning numerous honors for his artistry and scholarship.

We are so excited to welcome Marcos Lira to Bethany college. Marcos is from Salina Central (shout out to Mr. Holmquist!) and plans to major in history education and participate in choir and theatre.
