Parents/guardians will access all paperwork through our online portal beginning April 13th. Go to https://www.lindsay.k12.ok.us/ and click on Gradebook. Please do NOT request a new account if you have a student who already attends Lindsay Schools. Most user names are your first initial and last name. If you have forgotten your password, click forgot password and you will receive an email from Sylogist with instructions to recover your password.

To be eligible for Pre-K enrollment, the student must be 4 years old but not 5 by September 1, 2026. The required documents include a copy of the child’s official birth certificate, updated shot record, social security number, proof of residency, and CDIB card (if applicable). You can upload the required documents or bring them to the elementary school.

Lindsay Elementary School extends a heartfelt THANK YOU to our school community! We're incredibly proud of our readers and grateful for your support, which made our Read-A-Thon fundraiser a success. Our students had a wonderful time reading.

Our Read-A-Thon ends tomorrow! We are so close to our goal! The money raised will help offset the cost of end-of-year field trips, inflatables for our students to enjoy in May, supplies, and much more. Thank you for your continued support and for encouraging your child to read.

We wrapped up READ ACROSS AMERICA WEEK with our awesome Bottle Buddy winners and retired and current teachers and administrators reading to classes. Our Bottle Buddies were out of this world! We would like to extend a huge thank you to all of our LES parents who participated and helped make this week extra fun and memorable! 🧡

Wrapping up READ ACROSS AMERICA WEEK with retired teachers reading to classes and DEAR time (Drop Everything And Read) campfire style! Students will be making blanket forts (tents) and reading with flashlights. ⛺️🔦

Thursday: READING MAKES YOU BRIGHT ~ Wear neon colors!

Norman author Eileen Hobbs will be visiting 2nd - 4th grade students tomorrow (3/5). She has written some wonderful books! Order forms were sent home last week and may be sent to school tomorrow… Mrs. Hobbs will be able to fill orders at the end of each grade level presentation.

Wednesday: READING DAY AND NIGHT ~ Wear white if you enjoy reading during the day or black if you prefer reading at night!

One School, One Book! ~ Classes will read the Dr. Seuss book “Oh, the Places You’ll Go” and complete fun reading activities to go along with this wonderful book.
