Parents, this one is for YOU.

Need a few hours to yourself without hearing “I’m bored” every five minutes?

Spirit Week is all about showing up for your team—and sometimes that means getting a little WET!

Our team took a break from training for some water games, friendly competition, and plenty of laughs. These moments may not happen on the competition floor, but they are an important part of building a strong team.

Team building is about learning to encourage each other, work together, have fun, and make memories outside of practice. The stronger the connection between teammates, the stronger the team becomes.

We love watching our athletes compete hard, cheer each other on, and most importantly, enjoy being part of something bigger than themselves.
