Welcome to the 2026 - 2027 school year.

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself as we begin the new school year, my name is Mrs. Riley.

As a proud Linden High graduate, I am excited to be the newest principal of Linden High School. This year marks my 19th year in education. All of those years have been within Linden Unified. I am thrilled to partner with LHS staff, families and the supportive Linden community as we continue to build upon strong traditions that make Linden such a special place.



I have a few announcements in an effort to help our first few days go as smoothly as possible.

Attached you will find the map for student drop off and pick up, as well as, student parking. We are asking that all students be dropped off in the student parking lot.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK or DROP OFF at the district office, the staff parking lot or the lot off of Hwy 26.

Attached you will find the bell schedule for tomorrow and Friday. Friday we will be hosting a special day for our students with lots of fun opportunities. Students will not need a backpack on FRIDAY.

FRIDAY, August 7th, we will have our NO BACKPACK DAY! Students will NOT be allowed to go off campus on that day. There will be a BBQ lunch offered as well as other meal options. However, students may only have one lunch that day.

Please remind your students that we are enforcing our dress code policy again this year and all clothing should be school appropriate.

We are looking forward to a wonderful school year and cannot wait to see everyone tomorrow.
