YWAM Tyler TX YWAM Tyler is a missionary training school, discipling people of every nation to know God and to make Him known. Our purpose is to know God and make Him known.

We are a multi-cultural, interdenominational training school. We are one part of Youth With A Mission who are bringing the love of God, hope and healing to people of all nations.

This is a holy ground moment. 🔥

What you’re watching is not a performance. It is what happens when a Ranch that has been set apart for forty-five years opens its doors and says come press in.

Last Encounter, we watched God move.

We watched people walk in carrying weight and walk out lighter. We watched strangers become family in two hours. We watched worship keep going long after the last song ended — because when His presence shows up, nobody wants to be the one to stop.

This is not hype. This is not a show. This is the overflow of a place that has spent four and a half decades teaching people to know God and make Him known.

The next Encounter is coming.

He’s not hiding from you.

Sometimes we treat hearing God like it’s something reserved for the people who have been following Him longer, pray better, know more Scripture, or somehow have this whole thing figured out.

The funny thing is, Jesus didn’t say, “The spiritually impressive hear My voice.”
He said, “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.” — John 10:27

Maybe God isn’t as distant as you’ve convinced yourself He is.
Maybe the invitation isn’t to try harder to get His attention, but to become quiet enough to recognize the voice that’s already been calling out to you.

He’s not hiding! Ask Him something and give Him room to answer.

Scarcity has a way of making you feel like, “There’s not enough for me.”Someone else gets the opportunity.

Scarcity has a way of making you feel like, “There’s not enough for me.”

Someone else gets the opportunity.
Someone else gets noticed.
Someone else seems further ahead.

And before long, their blessing starts to feel like evidence that you’ve been overlooked.
But that’s not how God works…

Zeal trusts that the God who made oceans isn’t rationing nor is He partial. What He’s doing in someone else’s life doesn’t mean there’s less available for yours.

You don’t have to protect your place, compare your portion, or shrink back because someone else is flourishing.

You can celebrate what God is doing around you and still believe He has purpose for you too.

Stop guarding a cup that was always meant to overflow.

Scarcity asks, “What if there isn’t enough for me?”
Zeal asks, “God, what are You inviting me into?”

Maybe the next step isn’t waiting until you feel like you have enough.
Maybe it’s trusting Him enough to move.

Four weeks from tonight, the Ranch fills with worship.

Saturday, October 24 · 6:00–8:00 pm
Twin Oaks Ranch

No stage show. No agenda but Him. One evening set apart to seek the presence of God together: worship, prayer, and room for Him to move.

Here’s what to expect: an evening of worship and encountering God from 6:00 to 8:00. Come early at 5:00 for refreshments and fellowship.

Maybe you’ve been waiting for the right moment to draw near again. This is it.

“Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.” (James 4:8)

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to bring anything but a hungry heart. Come as you are.

This land was a gift. Almost literally.

Before it trained missionaries, Twin Oaks Ranch belonged to David Wilkerson — the man behind The Cross and the Switchblade, who gave his life to reaching kids everyone else had written off.

In 1980, he told the founders of this base he believed the land wasn’t his anymore. That God wanted it to go to Youth With A Mission. He sold it for a fraction of its worth — ten cents on the dollar.

For 45 years, that gift has been sending young people to the ends of the earth.

Some seeds you plant, you never see grow. He planted anyway.

You were adopted a long time ago. Don’t live like an orphan!

An orphan feels as though they must work to earn a place at the table, but a son or daughter don’t think twice as they know they already have a seat.

One lives striving to prove they belong while the other lives from the security of knowing they already do.

Live confident in the truth that you don’t have to work to earn what God has already given you.

For those who couldn't be with us that day—this is for you.

For those who were there, and want to sit in that room one more time—this is for you.

For the missionary in a far country who heard about it from a friend—this is for you.

For the young YWAMer who never met Leland or Fran but want to know the people whose "yes“ to God started it all—this is for you.

What happened that afternoon at Twin Oaks Ranch was holy. Story after story. Nation after nation. Voice after voice standing up to say that because of them my own life changed.

Two giants of the Kingdom. Sixty-five years of covenant. Forty-six years of ministry side by side. A legacy that spans continents and generations which cannot be measured this side of heaven.

That thing you’re sure disqualifies you…He can use it. God won’t waste it! This is because your testimony isn’t just the mess you’ve survived. It’s the proof of Who carried you through.

In 1956, a 20-year-old saw a vision he couldn’t shake.
A map of the world. Waves rolling onto every continent—and as he watched, the waves became young people. Thousands of them, going everywhere, telling everyone about Jesus.

His name was Loren Cunningham. Four years later he started Youth With A Mission, with one aim. Know God, and make Him known.

That wave reached a ranch in East Texas. It’s still moving here.
You’re not too young. Loren wasn’t either.
