The National Rescue & Response Institute (NRRI) is proud to be an Educational Partner and License Holder with the Committee for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (C-TECC).

NRRI is among a limited number of organizations in New Jersey authorized to utilize the Committee’s educational program and official logo. Just because the company offers an NAEMT program does NOT mean they can use the Co-TECC guidelines and logo.

This relationship reinforces our commitment to delivering professional, evidence-informed tactical emergency medical training built around nationally recognized principles and guidelines.

Why does this matter?

Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) provides a framework for delivering lifesaving medical interventions in high-threat and complex operational environments. It is important to recognize that the Committee for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (C-TECC) developed and maintains the nationally recognized TECC guidelines, while organizations such as NAEMT developed their own training curricula based on those guidelines.

Through our training programs, NRRI prepares law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS professionals, rescue personnel, and other responders to make critical decisions and provide lifesaving care when seconds matter.
